Joining the YL Staff team in 2009, Melona “Milô” Yasi has been both Metro and Area Director for Eastern Negros and Dumaguete, respectively. Despite having a Computer Science degree, Milô has been more than happy to put her talents to use in making sure every kid in her Metro Area has a chance to know more about Christ.

15 years as a staff member of Young Life Philippines.
Our staff are fully equipped to face the challenges that come with handling a ministry. As proof, here are some of their earned licenses and training experiences:
• Being a Young Life staff helped me become a grateful person. Grateful for the opportunities to witness what God has been doing in our community especially among the youth. Grateful for every relationship I have with the other staff, adults, supporters, parents, volunteers and contact kids. Grateful for every blessing, miracle and even circumstance I get to encounter everyday for it all makes me a better and more dependent-on-Him person. Thank you, Lord!
• The impact of Young Life in our area can be seen in the lives and testimonies of our alumni and volunteers. Many of our alumni are successful in their careers (doctors, nurses, lawyers, teachers, etc.). Their behavior and character reflect the heart of Jesus. There are also those who left their successful careers and chose to serve in ministries full-time. Our volunteers have found themselves changed, through their camping experiences, and in helping reach out to more kids.
